2002 GMC Sonoma 4.3l V6

I wanted to know what kind of dyno tuning I can do with my 02' GMC Sonoma 4.3l V6. Currently I have an intake, exhaust, a hypertech which I'm not using for fuel, 4.10:1 gears, and a posi. Everything else is stock. I just moved from California to Colorado and the altitude change is killing me. My truck is over 2 seconds slower at this altitude. Is there any tuning I can do to make my truck faster as is or no?
